Lawyers release survey on alleged Jehovah's Witness child abuse
by Tahoe ina team of lawyers has released the results of its survey on alleged child abuse by members of the jehovah's witnesses religious group in japan.. the team held a news conference in tokyo on monday.
it provides legal support to former members of the group as well as to children of its members.. the lawyers conducted the survey, following the publishing of the health and welfare ministry guidelines last year about child abuse related to parents' religious beliefs.
a total of 560 people responded.. the survey shows 81 percent of the respondents said they had cards indicating they desired to refuse blood transfusions.. the ministry's guidelines state that parents' refusal of medical treatments for children on religious grounds amounts to neglect --- a form of abuse.. the lawyers said investigations are necessary to find how many people died from refusing blood transfusions, and how many of them were children.. the survey also shows 92 percent of the respondents experienced whipping, 96 percent were banned from school activities, and 93 percent were forced to limit their human relations.. the lawyers said many of the children experienced physical and mental abuse, which afterward led to problems such as loneliness, sense of alienation and a lack of self-esteem.

I was the recipient of this harsh policy and it cost me an extra year of my life. The Watchtower enforced this policy overnight on jws who where already serving an alternative sentence, they routinely disfellowshipped the ones who didn't want to extent their imprisonment by an extra year and made our life a living hell, as if it wasn't already one.Who said that this is not a loving organisation? You can watch my story on this subject bellow.

Noah + new understanding
by dothemath inso they mentioned noah couldn’t have preached to all the population back before the flood.
do you think they might start using common sense regarding not being able to get every animal type on the ark from the whole world?.
maybe the poor sloth from south america didn’t have to crawl all the way?

All this non sense backtracking on Noah's day people coming back in ressurection and who are we to judge is for the birds What they really are doing is backtracking from a judgement witnessing that they proclaimed for decades and now that things are heating up around the world, assembly halls are being bombed they see they are neither ready or suited for the task at hand. Therefore, they want their members too pipe down and preach a message of peace right up to the day of Armageddon.Cowards!

Jesus and Thomas twin theory?
by Anony Mous inin light of the recent attack on indian jws i did some research about christianity in india and found out that india has a long history of christian influence, and not, like many of us probably believed, brought by the british, rather india has had christians for 2000 years.. matter of fact, they may be similar length and claim to the ‘original’ christians only equal by the roman (european), syrian (middle eastern) and ethiopian (african) christians.
the story goes that judas thomas (aka doubting thomas or dydimus) (literally translated: dydimus = twin (greek) and tomas = twin (aramaic)), the twin brother of jesus travelled to india and did some miracles along the way, started the church there, hence deification of thomas is common there.. i found some articles written by eg.
bart ehrman supporting this theory, personally not that much of a fan, but i know many interested in jw exegesis as he supports various fringe theories including wtbts claim to the name jehovah.. the claims of jesus’ twin brother seem to be supported by the original writings, including the gospel as we know it in the west (almost every canonical gospel writer alludes to the twin), but also various other non-canonical writings and at least 3 complete gospels claimed to be by thomas himself (although the oldest writings stem from the first, second and third century respectively).

Jesus didn't have a twin brother, please stop reading gnostic non sense and concentrate in actual Church history

Most Christians will disappear during the Rapture at the beginning of the Great Tribulation, if you get left behind there are 3 outcomes:
1. you will either die from physical disasters
2. Take the mark of the beast ,or
3 Survive as part of the Great Crowd
Option 1 you get ressurected, Option 2 you are never coming back
"And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever, and day and night they have no rest, those who worship the wild beast and its image and whoever receives the mark of its name." (,Rev.14:11)

An explosion at a Christian prayer meeting in the southern Indian state of Kerala has killed one person and wounded at least 36, according to authorities.
The blast took place as hundreds of followers of the Jehovah’s Witnesses denomination gathered for prayer on Sunday morning at a convention centre in Kalamassery town in Ernakulam district.
People gathered utside at the Zamra convention centre in Kalamassery, India on Sunday, October 2023 after an explosion that authorities say killed two and injured more than 20.
“At about 9:40am [04:10 GMT], there was an explosion in Zamra International Convention Centre in which one person died and 36 are undergoing treatment,” Kerala’s Director General of Police Darvesh Saheb told reporters.
“We will find out who is behind this and take stringent action … preliminary investigation shows it was an IED [improvised explosive device] blast,” he said.
Videos filmed shortly after the explosion and posted online showed flames inside the building and rescuers helping people clear out.
“We are examining all angles and will find out who is behind this,” Saheb added.
Meanwhile, Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) law and order, MR Ajith Kumar, said during a news conference that a person named Dominic Martin, who claimed responsibility for the explosion, had surrendered at a police station in Thrissur district about 65km (40 miles) north from the site of the incident.
The suspect is “claiming that he has done it”, saying that “he belonged to the same group of sabha”, Kumar told reporters, adding that police is “verifying” the claims.
The suspect was identified by police as Dominic Martin, who posted a video on Facebook claiming responsibility for the blast before surrendering to the police. Martin said in the video he feels the Jehovah’s Witness theology is wrong and that is what led him to carry out the blast.
“They teach that all people of the world would perish and only they will live. What should we do with people who long for the ruin of the entire people in the world. I could not find a solution. I took the decision realizing that this idea is dangerous to the country,” Martin said in the video.Police said they were working to verify Martin’s claims.
Hours after the explosions,Martin posted a video on Facebook claiming to be a former member of the Jehovah's Witnesses who planned the blasts because he was angry with the group's teachings. But Mr Sreekumer, the spokesman for the Watchtower told Reuters that Mr Martin was "not a registered member".
Isn't that interesting? If it is true that he was a disfewllowshiped person the Watchtower doesn't even want to go there because the media will start digging the hundreds of articles that they have written against the apostate community for decades.
India, with a population of 1.4 billion, has only about 60,000 Jehovah’s Witnesses followers, its adherents say. There are about 28 million Christians in India, as per the 2011 census.
A section of local media reported that there were three separate blasts at the prayer gathering, each hitting different areas of the convention hall.
“The explosions occurred seconds after the end of a prayer as part of the day’s event. The first blast took place in the middle of the hall. Seconds later, two more explosions rocked simultaneously on either side of the hall,” TA Sreekumar, regional spokesperson for the Jehovah’s Witnesses, told mathrubhumi.com.
Thia follows another deadly incident in March this year when an armed man killed seven people in Hamburg, Germany at a Jehovah’s Witnesses Kingdom Hall.
